My Background

Growing up in a nursery school allowed me the access, inspiration and support to explore my creative urges. Paint, paper, quirky toys and materials as well as objects of nature were all ready and available for me to experiment with.

My Medium

I use many different mediums, such as paint, inks, resin, paper, metal, reclaimed objects and semi precious gems. Just about every material I see can be translated into art and I love working with it all. Each inspiration manifests in its own individual style.

My Inspiration

The barn, the beach, the cool vintage house, jewelry, food, music, nature...they all feed my creativity. I notice the happiness, the insecurity, the anticipation and the intent in a gesture, a posture, and I try to bring that energy to my work. During the happy and the sad.
